Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled by OÜ Piar (Piar OÜ) from Sära tee 1, 75312 Peetri, Estonia.

Preparation and dispatch

All products are made to order in Estonia, including ready-to-order designs. We dispatch all orders within 3–5 days after payment. Ready-to-order designs simplify selection; they are not stocked finished products. This production period is separate from the carrier’s transit time. If artwork needs clarification, we will contact you before production.

Destinations and shipping charges

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown after you enter your address at checkout. We can accept an order only where a shipping method is available. Shipping charges are included in the final total before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow for the production period above in addition to transit time. For a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.
